Typically, you can expect 25% steaks, 35% roasts and Misc. cuts and 40% Ground hamburger. Average hanging weight is between 225-240 lbs. Estimated total cost based on a 225-240 lb. hanging weight at $2.60 per lb would be $585-624.

Half Beef

For our customers that enjoy more flexibility in custom ordering our beef, the half is a common choice. Fill the freezer a couple times a year with some of the best beef you can buy at a quality unmatched in any store. Select steaks from rib-eye, T-bone and Sirloin, 2-3-pound roasts from arm, top and chuck roasts. Also enjoy plenty of Ground hamburger for everyday cooking. Average hanging weight is approximately 450-500 lbs. Estimated total cost based on a 450-500 lb. hanging weight at $2.60 per lb would be $1,170-1,300.

Whole Beef

Ordering a whole beef is the best value on processing but you will need a lot of Freezer space. As Wright Farms Beef becomes asked for on your families table, and if you have hungry mouths to feed, the whole beef might be right for you. Average hanging weight is approximately 950-1050 lbs. Estimated total cost based on a 950-1050 lb. hanging weight at $2.60 per lb would be $2,470-2,730.
