3 Important Things You Need to Know Before Ordering
- Deposit: The dollar amounts shown here are for a non-refundable deposit which puts you on our waiting list for beef when it becomes available. Typical waiting lists times are 2 to 3 months depending on the number of orders we receive.
- Cost of Beef: The total cost of the beef is based on the final hanging weight. The cost per pound is $3.25
- Cost of Processsing: Your beef order is customized to your processing instructions. Because of this customization, processing costs are separate and paid directly to the processor when you pick up your order.
- Shipping/Pickup: We do not ship our beef. You are responsible for picking the meat up from the processor.

Half Beef

Fill the freezer a couple times a year with some of the best beef you can buy at a quality unmatched in any store. Select steaks from rib-eye, T-bone and Sirloin, 2-3-pound roasts from arm, top and chuck roasts. Also enjoy plenty of Ground hamburger for everyday cooking.
