3 Important Things You Need to Know Before Ordering
- Deposit: The dollar amounts shown here are for a non-refundable deposit which puts you on our waiting list for beef when it becomes available. Typical waiting lists times are 2 to 3 months depending on the number of orders we receive.
- Total Cost: The total cost is based on the final hanging weight. The cost per pound is $2.95.
- Processing is extra: The amount you pay Wright Farms is for our beef only. Because each customer has different cutting instructions. Your processing amount is determined by your instructions and final weight.
- Shipping/Pickup: We do not ship our beef. You are responsible for picking the meat up from the processor.

Quarter Beef

Choose between choice of Steaks, roasts and ground burger that your family will enjoy. Typically, you can expect 25% steaks, 35% roasts and Misc. cuts and 40% Ground hamburger. Average hanging weight is between 225-240 lbs.

Half Beef
$250.00 Non-refundable deposit, balance due prior to pickupFor our customers that enjoy more flexibility in custom ordering our beef, the half is a common choice. Fill the freezer a couple times a year with some of the best beef you can buy at a quality unmatched in any store. Select steaks from rib-eye, T-bone and Sirloin, 2-3-pound roasts from arm, top and chuck roasts. Also enjoy plenty of Ground hamburger for everyday cooking. Average hanging weight is approximately 450-500 lbs.

Whole Beef

The whole Beef order is popular with large families and for customers who are looking to group order and split later. Ordering a whole beef is the best value on processing but you will need a lot of Freezer space. As Wright Farms Beef becomes asked for on your families table, and if you have hungry mouths to feed, the whole beef might be right for you. Average hanging weight is approximately 950-1050 lbs.
